    Got 42PW7 in sitting room.
Now looking to get a screen in my bedroom. 42PW7 is too big
quite tempted to look at LCDTV for upstairs.

whats the pro's and cons of LCD compared to like of panny 37. Viewing distance in bedroom would be one location 3ft, other location 5ft approx. what should i be looking at? would plasma be to close at these distances?

    blue

37" at 5ft is fine mate 3ft OMG  perhaps a 32" LCD would be better but being a back light display will look quite different to a Plasma and with RS doing 37" panny for £999 quite a bit more expensive.............

37" would be the max and im only considering the 37 because they are good price. a smaller LCD may be the way to go but i have rservations mainly because i can never make up my mind if i like LCD and reading through LCD forum, there are no clear winners as with the plasma market the pio & panny are clear favourites and top choices right now.

Will the 37" continue to drop in price or will it just be replaced?
