What would be a good/just asking price in NL for a 2nd hand 100Rx2?
Rather new max 1.5 yr old
    Mint condition.

Remember this is the Netherlands, not UK.

Well, I'm still looking for a single 250MR in black (hard to get :( ). If I get one at a decent price, I sell my 100x2R.

In the current situation, I would pick it up from you for €350 if it is in silver :)

Yeah I would too. For such a ridicoulous low price!

Like I said we are in NL, Europe you know. Now I don't now if such a unit will go for 350€ in the UK (I doubt it) but it will definitely not go for that price over here.

    Thanks for the reply anyway.

I live in the Netherlands as well, bought a 100x5R for 999 together with my AV32 DP. the seperate price was 1.199. I would suggest a realistic price for your 2 channel would now be around a €1.000

Well, NEW 100x5R was sold recently here for £1199 @ hifibits.co.uk, and that's how much I payed for a second hand one 2 years ago when new price was £2995....

    €1000 = £600 (ie half price of new 5 channel one :D )

    Dear Alexs2,
I am aware of the forum rules and I am not trading I am trying to establish a good asking price. But thanks to keep me sharp.

Also the PM's I (was) having are not trading, they are mere inquiries TMHO. If trading should start I will take it up in regular email or the trading forum section but not via PM in this forum.

But I'll keep more aware. Thanks again.

ps Looking to the prices Babaroga has in mind don't expect any trading there BTW. :D

    Alex,

Didn't mean to trade at all, it was just my opinion about the current stuation with Tag Products and thier prices in the UK.

Didn't mean to offend Hoosterw with my comments either, as why would somebody pay €1000 for 2 channel amp, when new 5 channel was available for €2000.

    Sorry for any inconvenience:)

Because he needs only 2 channels and cant afford 2000€ perhaps. No offence taken BTW.

ps I clearly asked NL not UK pricing because differ a lot from the rest of EU (dont know why though?)

There are often quite large variations in prices to be found between different parts of Europe, and obviously between here and the US,although currently that is working in our favour, having been the opposite for so many years.

Why these variations are sometimes so large...?....I really have no idea.

BTW, there is a 250Rx2 going for £1650 in the "for sale" forum....

Now I need £1000 more of what has left of my budget.

    Donations anyone ? :D

Last two 100x2R amps I saw on ebay went for just over 1k Euro (both). One of them was located in Holland.
This might give you an idea.

Also please do not forget that one shop in UK sold several 100x5R for 700 pounds.

ebay is the best solution anyway, too many clueless people throwing their money away.

Thanks Life Sucks (which it doesnt BTW).

But I have left ebay after them not wanting to reprimand somebody who had commented on my German speaking/writing abilities in a very nasty and personal way.
Their rules clearly state no feedback that is personal and not related to the actual deal. But when I asked them on a clear cut case to apply the rules, the were 'not at home'!

And you know why, it was a power seller who had already done thousands of deals and I only 40 or so! Can you imagine?

No. No more ebay for me thanks. Just a silent protest.

    Rgds but thanks anyway.

I actually only gave you real value of your amp. I did not recomend you anything.

Apart from that, I do find ebay OK and life sucks as hell most of the time.
