2nd feed from HD box

Sky website says

"The main TV will display an HD picture and additional TVs will display a standard definition picture."

Can anyone advise as to how/what type of cable etc the 2nd feed uses.

Also, what is the maximum distance this could run.

I would be looking to feed a 2nd smallish TV in the kitchen if possible.

Many thanks.

just a follow on to the original question......

I have been considering (dreaming!) of getting a new hd tv and using it exclusively for hd sources - xbox360, upscaling dvd player, sky hd and pc input. I would keep my crt for sd sky. If i were to connect the sky hd box to the hd tv through hdmi and to my crt through rgb scart, would the sky channel be displayed on the 2 tvs at the same time?.... if not, how would i choose what tv i want to use the sky box with......?

Yes it would, I've got my Sky HD hooked up to the TV via HDMI and via scart to a DVD recorder. Both the HDMI and scart output at the same time.
