    Hello people.

I am new to this site, infact I am glad I found it, maybe you guys might be able to help me.

I am looking to buy a Widescreen TV for the first time.
Due to the small room I have, 28" is perfect.

I have looked at Panasonic, Philips and Sony.

I have a budget of £500. I know you can pick them quite cheap from on-line retailers.

I have been looking at the TX28PS12 which is the new model for the panasonic.

Basically I wanted to know which is the BEST 28" TV to buy. The one with the least problems..etc.

I have seen this Panasonic at John Lewis , it comes with 5 Years garauntee.

I would appreciate your views guys.

    Thanks.

I've got a jvc av28reks which i bought from comet for £600. I regret not buying it from unbeatable who ar doing it for £440. I think its an excellent tv IMO, mine came with the extra speakers which gives the tv dolby pro logic surround sound. The picture is great and it looks really cool too. Some experts might tell you about bad contrast but if you want a good tv then i'd recommend this one.
