26" Dell LCD Link and also they have a 19" version here.

The below spec is cut from the website and is of the 26" version, I want it to use on my computer and for Xbox 360 and PS3, will this be good enough to get the benefits from HD, will I need any add-ons to get the HD side of things working, please let me know with your all powerful wisdom

The quoted response time of 25ms is terrible for a modern LCD and equates to 40fps without smearing. Might be OK for console games that run at 30fps but for anything else it would be disappointing. A LCD needs to be 16ms or lower, preferably under 10ms these days to minimise ghosting and smearing of fast moving images.
