26" and 32" screen dimensions

    Can someone give me the dimensions length x height of a 26" and 32" LCD screen please? - I want the dimensions to create a template!

    This is what Pythagoras' theorem was invented for :lesson:

    The square of the hypoteneuse (longest side, i.e. the diagonal) is equal to the sum of the squares of other two sides of a right-angled triangle.

    For a 4:3 set, the height is 0.6 times the diagonal, and the width is 0.8 times the diagonal.

    For a 16:9 set, the height is 0.49 times the diagonal, and the width is 0.87 times the diagonal. (So for a 26" set, the screen size is about 12.7" high by 22.6" wide; for a 32", about 15.7" high by 27.8" wide)
