Good opportunity for those who are thinking of trading their original Xbox consoles, if they aren't excluded of course.

Also depends if people could live without Xbox for a month & a half ;)

I called in yesterday. The deal appears to be £10 trade in for PES4 only when exchanged for the new PES5.
I had a ps2 and xbox version of PES4 to change and they took £20 off the price....happy days

I went to my local game (redhill) on Sat, and they had a big banner in the window saying about the 25% extra on the trade in (it is until 2 Nov, I think). They also had some adverts on the shelf, showing what the extra 25% meant on certain trade in amounts.

The £10 trade in was only actually only detailed for the day of the release of PES5 I believe, although they still had the advert in the window, and I think it was at their discression. Don't quote me on this though, as I only had a brief look at the terms and conditions.

    Hope this helps

Not sure if consoles are included in the deal. I would ring up your local game to check first. Let us know how you get on with this, as I would like to know.

Many thanks for the post - Ive just traded in an ancient black x box, 7 very old games and Halo 2 for over £100

If my plan works that means my shiny new 360 will only cost me £20 plus £80 for 2 games - thats after the £100 trade in and Christmas presents from family. :D

You probably could, but games are so expensive in store anyway in-store that I don't know whether it's worth it!

MVC are doing some good deals at the Mo.
U can get 2 copies of God of War for £25 and take them to Game and probably get £20 odd trade in each on them.

Went to my local MVC today. No God of War, (prob all sold out) but they did have Conker, Forza, R6 Lockdown (PS2), Area 51 (PS2) for 2 for £25. So not bad
