Is anyone else as annoyed as I am with the menu system on the season 3 dvds (region 2)?

    1) when I play one episode at a time, I have to watch the copyright notice each and every time, even if I haven't turned the player off.

    2) If I watch them all at once, a chapter skip from the end titles of one episode doesn't take me to the next episode, oh no, it takes me back to the menu (copyright notice again!)

    3) A chapter skip when in the 'previously on 24' bit doesn't take me to the very start of the episode (the following takes place between ...), but instead skips to some seeming random point within the episode. This wasn't the case with at least season 1 (may have happened with season 2, though, don't really remember)

Did whoever designed the menus actually play with them? Is there any testing on these. It is a major pain.

Fox have done this with all their TV DVD releases lately - they have a copyright warning after you please play. just deal with it dude, there is nothing that can be done so just chill out.

Mmmm, maybe I only tried that chapter skip when I was at the end of a disk..

I still think the other gripes are things that Fox should have sorted. AND I'M COMPLETELY F****G CHILLED OUT!!!!111!!11! ;)

I use skip sometimes, just as the credits come up, and mine skips straight to the next one.

yes - a few pictures in the menus on each disc gave away what might happen or who might turn up!

So the surprise element was not so ....surprising!

That's infuriating isn't it...... It gave away some key moments on a couple of the discs. I ended up having to hold my hand up whilst selecting episodes to avoid looking at the pictures. What kind of pr*ck designs these menus?
