24 - address for returning disc 5 and 6

does anyone have the address for
Fox
to return discs 5 and 6 of 24 : season one to be exchanged for the new uncut versions

At least that's what it says on the scrap of paper I ripped out of an old DVD magazine at the barbers last week when I noticed the article about returning the discs!

I haven't tried it yet however, so might be worth trying to veryify the address... Let me know if you do!

Well, I couldn't find anything in the football related thread you posted a link to about returning "24" disks... where is it hiding?

And as for searching, you try doing a search for "24"! You'll find that it's one character too short to be searched for on this site's search engine...

I thought huh refered to what was the point of link, which i thought it was. Clearly not useful at all

I wasn't trying to be a smart arse I thought the link would be useful

yes the 3 letter limit can be annoying, I just did a search with 20th century fox i suppose missing scenes would have worked too

I only posted mine off Saturday

I thought there would be a huge rush after the release so i decided to wait

then i forgot all about it

I sent mine off over 2 weeks ago now and have still heard nothing?

tried phoning but i just keep getting forwarded to someones voice mail

they do not return my calls


I have now wrote to them to ask what the hell is going on

 

they say 4-5 weeks in a magazine i found to be returned

Not sure which thread to post this in but as I found this first so here goes!

The two replacement disks turned up this morning. My wife (the bigger fan out of the two of us!) sent them off, she says, about three weeks ago. I think it was nearer to Christmas!

Anyway, the thing is she sent the disks off full stop! No return address, no covering letter - nothing, just the two disks!!

Anyway, she realised this a few days later and sent off a letter to Fox and lo and behold, all credit to Fox, they sent the replacements back to us!

Now, wheres that address for the the BTTF disks?
