I am trying to find a way of playing back DVDs with 24/96 PCM sound (which I have recorded myself). I have Lynx L22 sound card for the audio, but I need a software or hardware DVD player that will output the 24/96 PCM audio to the soundcard.
(It doesn't seem to work with PowerDVD 4 or 5 (demo version). They both output at 48k.)
Anyone know of any software or hardware solutions?

There's usually an option for 48/96kHz output in the soundcard/Windows control panel/options, certainly with an Audigy at least.

Power DVD 4/5 only allows for SPDIF passthrough. It's up to the card whether it processes the output or allows 48/96kHz PCM passthrough etc..
