After my current monitor (LG IPS226) started having problems displaying the picture when i switch it on over the last month i have decided to upgrade to a bigger and better model. I have been more than happy with the picture quality the LG IPS226 gave me in it's life. It is sharp and the colours are great as well. As it's only a 21" screen i feel i would be better getting a 23/24" screen.

I have a price limit of £150-200 and would like another IPS screen if i can. I do not game on my PC but do watch some movies on it now and again. The new one must be Vesa wall mountable.

I was going to jump in and get a Dell U2414H yesterday but after seeing reviews for it saying that it has a problem going into power saving mode i have held off that model.

Here are some models i have considered so far.

LG 25UM57 25" Ultrawide IPS Monitor (2560x1080, HDMIx2)

Asus VC239H 23-Inch Full HD IPS LCD Monitor

LG 24MP57VQ 24" IPS LED Monitor (1920x1080, VGA, DVI, HDMI)
http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/...ue&ref_=ox_sc_act_title_1&smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE

There are so many makes and models nowadays so i am struggling to choose the best bang for buck one that will gives as good a picture as i currently have for the price.

Can anyone recommend one that they have had good experience with?
