    Hi,
just one simple question for those who might know this (Udo, Steve, Mark ...)

When TAG / IAG is doing DP upgrade and you find .2 DSP inside, is it exchanged for .3 or not ?

Asking this since I know .2 had some problems, for an example not recognizing incoming signal so changing input and back was necessary, or processing crashing or whatever else ...

    Thanks

The original (1999ish) .2 Silicon 21065L gets replaced when going to DP and also when sticking a DAB module in the thing.

Now that separates the men from the boys when resoldering a new one of those things in! :)

C'mon Steve, you know it's quite an easy job to change a 21065 ;)

Only for supercats like the masked Fleapit - soldering iron in one paw, SHARC in another and his partner in crime the hamster can run round the board afterwards checking for bridges and cat hairs! :)
