If I purchase 2 HD boxes will I have to pay £20 p/m or just £10p/m ?
Most people would just be happy with one at the mo you greedy git!
You have to pay £10 per box for having the HD content, plus you will be paying £10 per month for having multiroom. So, if you have two HD boxes taking the full package, that will be £72.50 per month.
would of thought it'd be the same as Sky+, your just buying the HD sub as with the Sky+ sub... i pay £10 and have 2 Sky+ boxes on muiltroom.
yes I know it sounds greedy, but i'm planning ahead
I hope it's £10 for 2 boxes
Sorry, you're out of luck!
Direct from the T&Cs:
Multiroom: Provides the same Sky digital channels as you receive under your first Sky digital subscription on a box in another room. Multiroom will not give you your Sky HD channels in another room unless you also take a second Sky HD box and a second Sky HD subscription. You must be a Sky digital subscriber at all times during your Multiroom subscription. Minimum Multiroom subscription period 12 months unless your Sky digital subscription ends earlier. Boxes that receive your first and Multiroom subscriptions must all be connected to the same fixed telephone line at all times. Sky can connect up to four standard Sky boxes or two Sky HD/Sky+ boxes to the same minidish.
I currently have 2 x sky + boxes 1x sky digi on full package & pay £51.87 p/m due to some tough negotiating with sky.
When HD arrives I will get rid of the old Sky Digibox.
Soon Sky subs are gonna hit the £100 Per month mark!
Best of luck with trying to negotiate - I'm just quoting the T&Cs. I guess it will he harder in the short-term to negotiate if there is a shortage of boxes - but we don't know if there is or not.
Some months mine already have.
