Is this possible? I've had enough of the goons at at NTL. Want to get two sky+ boxes and 1 normal box - is this possible?

yes but you'd need two dishes, one with a quad lnb on it, as the sky+ boxes use two inputs each and another dish for the normal box

There is a new 8 way LNB now available, it was mentioned in the latest what sat mag.

Alternatively you could try two offset LNBs on an 80 cm dish.

Why not go crazy and fit an IF distribution system using a Quatro LNB, pricey but certainly future proof:)
