2 RROD - Help

Hey,

I'm having trouble and confused with my Xbox 360 lately. I'm getting 2 Red Rings of Death (RROD) and wondering why it's doing it? I read on the internet that it's overheated. So I left my Xbox 360 for a day or so, disconnected the Power Supply, HDMI Cable, Wireless Adapter and left it there to cool down. A day later (same time I had the RROD) I turned on the Xbox 360 and gave me a different problem. When I pressed the button, the fans instantly went up to full power and gave me the 2 RROD.

I'm getting Sceptical that it isn't overheated. Any sollutions why it's doing this and how do I fix it?

if its out of warranty, like my nephews was...
we opened it up and cleaned it out....
it was worse inside his 360 then my pc's get.
it was caked in thick dust everywhere..
good hoover out then blow out with airline...

not redlighted since.
