    hi all,
i'm currently using a set of kef Q series speakers with a denon 2803 amp/reciever etc and was wondering if i could effectively connect another set of speaker wires to my front Q4's from my yamaha midi system (wifey doesn't like fiddling about with my denons to play a cd,which is probably just as well) using the extra posts and removing the link plate which i'm assuming is for bi wiring.i would'nt be using the reciever and midi system at the same time but it would mean one less pair of speakers in the the room and obviously an upgade over the yammys piano black ones. ok and safe to do chaps?any help/advice would be much appreciated. :lease:

You can buy a 2 into 1 switch box from QED and others. I would strongly urge you not to go down this route. Your midi system is probably going to struggle running the Q4s and you're likely to blow it.
