Right, I am having a total mind block - I need to install a ducting pipe for an electrical meter move. The ducting is going under the house and through an external wall. Rather than having it trail on the ground I want to hang it from the floor joist. I was looking for those flexible metal (also think they now come in rubber form) fasteners with a hole every 10mm or so to give you multiple fixing points on screwfix but I will be damned if I can remember the correct name of them and cannot find them - what are they called? Also I am looking for fixings to hold up a metal or plastic piping, bit like the clips you hammer in but instead of them having nails they are held using screws. I seen them in my work but could not find any of the electrician handy men to ask them what they were called - so - what are they called? quickest correct answer gets 1,000,000 WAVL points that can be redeemed to purchase goodies from all participating outlets..... (Sadly there are very few outlets participating)....(Ok... OK... There are no outlets participating... I just said it so you might want to help me out and it would sound like you were getting a reward!).... Jeso.... Tough crowd today.
