Hi wondering if anyone could help me out. I was looking to kill two birds with one stone and get a dual purpose Tv/monitor.
I was looking on homecinemareview.com but theres like 200 entrys and i was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of a decent, 17" widescreen LCD with intergrated tuner/and or DVB, with a fairly low response time <20? All for roughtly sub £400, im really stuck if anyone could suggest any models that would be a great help.
    Thanks again
    Nico

I bought a 17" Samsung (4:3) monitor with built-in TV tuner from PC World about 5 months ago. Can't remember the model because I took it back the same day. I don't doubt that it was good as a PC monitor but I didn't even get to that stage of playing with it. It was completely unwatchable as a TC - very noisy picture, poor contrast, etc. I suspect that you want to buy a TV that also works as a PC monitor rather than the other way round, but check that the pixel count is the same as a decent monitor.

    Good luck.
