Hi,

I'm planning on buying this projector for my managers office with a resolution of 1280x800, along with a 16:10 projector screen - this one

His PC screen runs at a resolution of 1680x1050.

So from charts I've looked at, 1680x1050 is WSXGA+ and has a 16:10 ratio, that's why I chose a WXGA resolution projector and a 16:10 screen.

I need the screen to have no black lines and fit perfectly. I've 4 meters to play with between screen and projector.

Will this work ? Am I missing something here ?

Many thanks.

So long as the projector can accept the slightly unusual resolution and convert it to 1280 x 800 and has the same pixel shape, you should be fine. What projector are you looking at?

Hi Noiseboy - It's a Hitachi CP WX4021N - I've linked to it up above and also linked to the screen. Let me know what u think.

Cheers.
