I am selling my immaculate Retina MacBook Pro 15" the high-end model:
    • 2.5GHz quad-core Intel Core i7 (Turbo Boost up to 3.7GHz)
    • 16GB Memory
    • 512GB PCI-E SSD
    • Intel Iris Pro Graphics
    • AMD Radeon R9 M370X with 2GB GDDR5 memory
Boxed with all original sleeves and packaging.
Comes with NEW UNUSED genuine MagSafe2 charger.
Comes with genuine Apple External Optical Drive - is showing signs of wear.

MacBook was purchased new from Apple Store on 22nd march 2016 so is still under standard warranty until 21st March 2017.

Also has extended AppleCare warranty until 21st March 2019 - I am not sure if this is transferable, if it is, great. If its not, simply contact me if you have any issues during this time and I'll help get it is sorted.

This Macbook does not have a single mark, blemish or scratch on it.. you will receive this looking like it was shipped straight from the Apple Store.

Re; MagSafe charger... I am using an old battered and bruised MagSafe charger that is not safe to be sold on.. therefore I am replacing it with a new genuine Apple replacement.. I believe RRP to be £65. If you do not need the charger, or can source your own (maybe you have other Macs?) I am happy to knock £65 off my asking price and ship without new charger.

Happy to deliver anywhere in the North East or can also be collected.
    Also willing to ship.

Just heading out to work - photos to follow this evening.

    Price and currency: £1399
Delivery: Delivery cost is included within my country
    Payment method: BACS OR PPG
    Location: Hartlepool
    Advertised elsewhere?: Not advertised elsewhere
Prefer goods collected?: I have no preference

Since the new MacBook Pro's are not available for 2-3 weeks I will be temporarily withdrawing this from sale.

If anyone is interested in the purchase in the next 2-3 weeks let me know and I will be happy to hold it/reserve for you.

Apple has increased their prices across the board so this is a good price for an as new last ten model with plenty of AppleCare. Open to discussions if anyone interested :)

    Hi mate, interested in this.

What happened to the original magsafe?

Can i see some pictures of the MacBook?

What would you need for it to be held for the next 2-3 weeks?

    Cheers

I am using the original MagSafe adapter I received with my 2012 Retina.. I sold 2012-retina in March and purchased the 2015 model... Due to the original magsafes poor condition (I have literally soldered frayed wires back together haha) I simply couldn't sell it with the 2012 model.. as a result I gave up the new adapter I received with the 2015 model and kept the 2012 magsafe for myself.

I am now in the same boat.. selling 2015 retina with this rubbish magsafe.. again, I can't sell it so I'll be ordering a brand new one from Apple and will ship it with this sale.. It essentially won't have even been used.

I'll finally retire this 2012 magsafe as it's no use on the 2016 models.

If the buyer does not need the new magsafe I can knock what I would have paid for it off the price.

    Hope that makes sense?

Sorry about photo delay I'll get them up ASAP.

I wouldn't need anything from you unless I get other interest... in which case you could secure it with a small deposit. I wouldn't be able to tell others it was sold without any commitment from yourself.

Don't hesitate to ask anymore questions :)

Cheers mate. Definitely would want first refusal on this if anyone else comes in for it. I would be looking to collect, could we knock anything off the price with regards to no postage hassle?

Finally looking to retire my 2010 17" MacBook Pro and this fits the bill nicely after seeing the price of the new 15" today.

    Cheers

£1300 offered here and I will collect to save on postage/delivery hassle and cost.

I am willing to pay a deposit immediately and the balance upon collection, subject to viewing the photos you post.

I believe that the AppleCare is transferable (see here) so my offer is subject to you being agreeable to taking the steps to do this ;)

If possible could you also include the original sales receipt for the laptop (not so bothered about the MagSafe receipt)?

I would also appreciate it if you could tell me what the battery cycle count is currently sitting at? I believe there is a free app (coconut battery?) that will provide this info.

Your itrader feedback is impressive, you seem to take great care of your tech (much like me) so I am sure the machine will be exactly as described, but I would like to see plenty photos when you get the chance.

    Cheers

Any updates on those photos mate?

Also, is this a sure fire sale, as im about to make a post selling my 17" MacBook, but don't want to be without one for too long. Have you ordered your new MacBook. What's the estimated delivery date?

    Cheers

Sorry about the delay I've been away for the weekend I will definitely get photos up tomorrow (Monday). As JayBird was in first he will get first refusal but since I have had other interest I'll need a deposit to secure it.

My Mac will be dispatched in 2-3 weeks.

To answer Tony's questions, yes I can supply invoices and transfer warranty.

Are you declining my offer then @Uplift ?

With respect, someone saying they are interested is not the same thing as making an offer. I can pay deposit immediately

Edit - any news on the battery charge cycle count too please? Thanks

Well that's the first time you've said as much in the thread ;)

Which post did you make an offer in? And what is the asking price? You previous posts ask about a reduction for collection but nowhere is a collected price stated or agreed anywhere on thread.

Anyway, I guess this is now sold then, so I'll withdraw my offer @Uplift

In post 2, the item was actually withdrawn from sale. Not sure what the etiquette is when an item isn't available, hence why I wanted to be first to put deposit down if anyone else showed interest.

No worries, clearly a misunderstanding on my part. Enjoy the MacBook when you get it

    Hey,

Really sorry about delay with photos - A weekend away has caused lots of delays, I have updated the main post with photos (The charger will obviously not be included, just thought I'd show you my 'handy work').

The battery cycle is on 159.

My Mac order has slipped to 1st Dec... though it's usually quicker than estimated dates. I am also happy to part with this Mac a few days/week before my mine arrives so it will still only be 2/3 weeks (hopefully) as outlined in previous posts.

JayBird will still get first refusal (since he was in first) if he still wants it after seeing images and agrees to shipping times. As I now have other interest a deposit will be required to secure it. Tony8 second.

I appreciate the shipping time is not ideal so understand if you would not like to go ahead with it, I can always withdraw from sale and re-list in a couple of weeks.

If this isn't available, it shouldn't be listed.
As this thread is a bit of a mess anyway archiving and then relisting when it's actually ready to ship is the best course of action.

I can only apologise, I got ahead of myself a bit and didn't account for pre-order delays.
