Bought a Panny E75 recorder from them during christmas/new year.

Courier messed up and sent it to the wrong depot. They were straight on the phone and arranged re-delivery along with a free pack DVD Rams for the trouble.

    Good service.

An excellent company - I gave them a phone number which my credit card company didn't recognise when I ordered on-line, and they called me and were most polite and helpful. My Pannie E95 arrived at the time promised, and I had no problems at all.

Thanks for pointing me in the direction of that thread. I've ordered my Viera but won't have it delivered till Monday week as I'm off work then. Hope they remember!

They did seem helpful on the phone so hope it is a case of being able to do excellent deals and with good customer servcie. Certainly, that thread suggests so.

I took advantage of the deal that included a free DMRE55 DVD recorder. I emailed them to ask if they could make it multi-region compatbile which they said they would do. Is there ay way of checking once it's received as I don't yet have any Region 1 discs?

Free's probably stretching the truth a bit, but you can get a 37" Viera, cabinet stand and E55 for £1895.
