Look on the front page of the marketplace to download 10 apps a day for 10p each. They're posting 10 new apps each day for 10 days.

ATM you can still get the 10 apps from yesterday as well as today's 10, just look in the most popular apps and you'll see a rash of apps discounted to 10p amongst the most popular downloads.

Is ADWLAUNCHER better then LAUNCHERPRO

It really is a matter of personal choice, ADW Launcher is the default launcher included with cyanogenmod and several other custom ROMs and is generally well respected. The 10p version is the EX version with added goodies, well worth 10p in my opinion.
