Hi all,

Really I want a native 4K projector that does HDR10+ and Dolby Vision like my Sony ZD9 but these don't seem to exist for what I would consider a reasonable price which is £4/5K so instead I am looking for a decent 1080P projector as a stop gap while the tech catches up in 2-3 years.

I'm happy with second hand recommendations I'm just looking for a good quality 1080P projector for a room with a little ambient light to watch films and TV on.

The budget for this project whether it be new or used is around £500 but I can be flexible on that.

Please leave your recommendations below :)

Thanks

JVC HD350 would be well within budget.

Hi, I’ve got a Epson 6100 with only 350 hours on the lamp if that’s any good, I’ve been really happy with it . I’ve just a bought a Optoma UHD51, just haven’t got round to selling it yet.

Thanks for the offer but that’s a little older than I was thinking.
