Coz Blu-ray will blow upscaled away.

Upscaled 1080p from a DVD is no way near the quality of a proper 1080p source such as Blu Ray. There is no real added information. It is just taking the DVD resolution and resizing it.

hiya yesterday i had a LG47LH5000 installed,, the currys guy installed the home cinema also....
so ,, he said had i a 5.1 dvd so gave him casino royal.. the sound was breathtaking and the picture was so good ( really) thats why i made a mention i wont go the blue ray route +++++
on the lg player there are loads of clip wires for the 5.1 .i would not fancy a re-install!!
