    Yes. Excellent company

Massive range and most in stock. I only had to wait just over a week for them to order an item in. Buy from them with confidence

I've orderd from them in the past, had to wait a month for delivery, no stock was the reason given.

I ordered 6 CDs from them 18 months ago. They turned up, 3 to a flimsy jiffy bag, all CD cases smashed to pieces.

I've heard similar comments from other people. God knows how they distribute vinyl.

Other than that, they're cheap -- I would, at a push use them again, only if they undercut the opposition by a mile.

Ordered loads from these fairly happy with the cs and delivery etc. The only time I've had to wait for delivery is if I've ordered some obscure cd that they've had to search for. Prices are usually the best around but I have had a few cd's that have come through with cases broken etc but I usually have a few spare around so it hasn't worried me to much.

Never had any problems before ... until this week when I unpacked two cds and both plastic cases fell out in bits !!! They need to look at their packaging wrapped in thin corrugated cardboard..

Also sometimes when they state in stock, it isnt and you have to wait a couple of weeks ...

No problems except with smashed Jewel cases (spotting a pattern here). They took a couple of months to replace it.

I used to use them a lot, but then something changed, and they became cheap and unreliable. I once waited over six weeks for a CD.

Play and CD-Wow are only any good if you want mainstream stuff though.

Play have improved measurabily over the last year to 18 months, music wise. Carry a lot of imports too, now, at a very competitive price. I wouldn't say they're mainstream at all....they've over a dozen albums by The Fall, for example.
