100v line output to 3.5mm input

Hi guys,
I have a Jape Mixer Amplifier with 100v line output and I need to take this output and put it into an audio input on a CCTV recorder (DVR) so that I can record the audio coming from the amplifier. Does anyone know if this can be done and if so, how?

I need and amplifier that has several inputs for microphones. I actually have 8 microphones but would be nice to have a few more inputs just in case, and 100v line output for several speakers. The amp also has to have audio in capabilities for an external CD player (maybe RCA) and its most important features must be an audio output to go into the DVR (again RCA). If you need to know how many speakers there are then please let me know and I can find this out on Saturday. I have included pictures to show you thee insisting equipment. The only reason I ncant use the existing stuff is because the here is know audio output for me to plug into the DVR.
