Are these inherent to all 100Hz sets?

I have a Loewe Aventos (my second one!) and at times the jaggies are shocking.
They are much more visible on Sky Digital, but are also present, to a lesser extent, on video games and DVDs.

Have you got the scart put in via av3? Apparantly that is the correct option if you have RGB as the others are composite or sv only.

    Incorrect.
Both Scart 2 & 3 are RGB enabled.
And, yes. All my gear is through the RGB settings.

The "jaggies" will appear on any TV that doesn't have a Progressive Scan Mode or isn't capable of receiving a Progressive Scan signal from a suitably equipped dvd player. Even then, some TV's PS mode doesn't eliminate all "jaggies".

Apologies, I read on this thread "pixelation on loewe aventos" by Paperboy that a few people were using AV1 etc which isn't RGB enabled and were having problems.

Straight lines are jagged instead of straight, curves are stair-stepped etc. Most notable example would be when watching a football match, all the pitch lines look like stairsteps. With a progressive scan tv/dvd player they are all straight and the centre circle is curved.:)
