100hz: poor quality in foot games!!!!

    hi

    i just haved 3 100hz tvs: philips, sony and now a pana tx32pl10.
    the common on this sets was the poor quality of picture in football emissions. Why?
    Can anyone tell me.

    so, if the emission is digital the quality of 100hz tv sets is good.
    i watch football on analogic emissions. this is the problem?

    Footy contains too fast pans for most 100Hz processing to be happy with. The flicker filtering and motion compensation systems cannot keep up. A pure, unfiltered 100Hz mode copes better with fast movement but may look a bit more juddery because of the repetition of pictures.
