I currently have 13E & 19.2E set up on an old 80cm Sky Dish I was wondering if I could add 10E would I get a decent enough signal in the North East of Scotland?

You won't get both 10 and 13.

What kind of LNB's would you recommend? Currently I'm using Smart titanium twin output LNB's would they be too thick?

You'd be pushing it hard but could try it with a couple of Slimline LNBs - you can find them with a Google search.
I didn't comment on whether 10 is strong enough to be received on an 80cm, motorised or not.

depends what you want on 10° east. A lot of the transponders will require a larger dish
