No, when I paid they took the £100 but accounted for the advance I had paid for the next month and a bit. They charged £100 and then gave a credit of £13.xx as a partial month service on my next bill..

Since then all bills have been correct and no £10 charge has appeared on my bills ..

Out of curiosity, do you get signed up for another 12 months when you choose to make the payment or is it just a continuation of the existing.

    Thanks

no it is just a continuation of your existing contract all you are doing is removing the £10.00 charge from your bill so you will make that back in 10 months
