    Hello.

I would like some advice. I want to buy a new S-VHS video recorder.

http://www.prcdirect.co.uk/ are selling the JVC HR-S9700EK for an unbelievable £249.95 (+ £8.99 delivery). That is an amazing price for a former flagship deck. I'm tempted to go for this but now that the Panasonic NV-HS960BS is being discontinued, I feel that you might be able to pick this up for a bargain price too. At the moment it is around £360, how much cheaper do you think the price will come down to (if at all)?

The Panasonic and Philips DVD recorders have also gone down in price too. Both can be bought for around £680, which is a considerable drop from the launch prices.

    Cheers, boyOs!

Doesn't VAT stink? Life would be so much cheaper without it.

Don't we pay enough tax as it is?
