    Hello people,

Really need a new tv due to finally moving out and into my own place. I originally wanted a rear projection tv (thinking bigger was better) but don't like the fact they seem to go very dark wneh your not sitting dead central to them. So i've been looking at 32 and 36inch tv's and there are way to many out there to pick from so would like some recommendations please.

I'll be watching lots of tv with normal tv sound and then movies with surround sound.

I've seen a few Sony and Sanyo tv's in a local shop fairly cheap but other than appearance i'm not really sure what i need to look for.

Can anyone recommend anything for me?

    Thanks

I've got the Sony KV32FQ70 - I think its an excellent TV. Great picture.

It cost me about £820 about six months ago but you can get if for under £800 now.
