£600-700 to spend?

i am moving to a new house and i want a new telly. i have about £600-700 to spend. i dont really have a hd stuff and i only have sd sky. i watch a lot of sport (rugby/football) any idea's guys prefer if i could get it at a shop.

you worried about lack of 1080p? Tbh you won't need to buy anything for the next few years with the panny, at the price range for what you require now its the best one.

I fully agree think it again.If you want a 1080p tv the SD wont look as good as the plasma
