Hey chaps, I have a meager budget I know but that's what it is.

Which 42" tv should I buy?

Always been a Plasma fan, but looking for best all round performer for general tv, sports, and movies.not many games played in the living room.

    Cheers chaps.

I bought one of these today and I'm very happy with it.

I do have one more question though, do you have to 'burn the screen in' like thawed days of plasma?
Everything turned up full for a day or three.

    Thank you Vickster :)

You should avoid any sort of dynamic setting, keep the contrast, sharpness and brightness low

I thank you again, any recommendations for settings levels in a usually dark room?

I never use the dynamic settings they are vulgar to say the least.
