    Hi,

I would worry about using plasma for PC. I have the new 50" pioneer and there are issues with image retention with even 'normal' TV usage. How about LCD? The Sony BRAVIA's are getting good reviews, and there are no screen burn issues with LCD. Resolution however is 768 Horizontal lines. Sharp do a 45" LCD with 1920X1080 res, but this is v.expensive (4K+). Look in the LCD and Plasma forum as Sony are bringing high res. LCD screens out soon with more reasonable pricing.

As regards DVI connection, no problem: just buy a DVI - HDMI cable or adaptor.
