Just ordered Cheers, Season 2 for £12.99 - a must have :D from the very, very nice people at Blah DVD. I even rang them up, having experienced a 'finger input problem', they were very, very helpful.  Thank you guys and girls.

Had to create an account to receive £2 off a min. £10- 1no order and £5 off a £30 - 3no item order, but hey, no probs. I intend to shop with them again

Go to www.find-DVD.co.uk and follow vouchers on home page.

Ordered the Waynes World Boxset, recieved it in good time but the 2nd film was faulty so I sent the whole Boxset back, it took them about 3 weeks to confirm they had recieved it and then it took another 4 weeks to recieve the replacement and when I tried the 2nd film it turned out to be faulty too so I sent it back and asked for a refund which I got a month later.

You might have better luck than me but the hassle I had was not worth the £2 saving.

I'll stick up for blahdvd, I've used them a few times and not had any problems.

Indiana Jones - sounds like yours is a bit of a one-off. While I dont condone the amount of time it took to turnaround the faulty item, most of these companies are excellent unless something goes wrong

I have used Blah before and experienced no problems. On my recent order above, they took the effort to send me 2 e mails to make sure I had resolved my problem - a good service or what?

Indiana, I wouldn't let one incident sour a whole relationship.

Do you have to create a new account if you are already registered and will they let you do that if you have a different email but everything else is the same?

The £3 off £25 purchase and £5 off £35 purchase is also available at HMV.co.uk. They have 24 season2 for £27.99 which net of discount works out at £24.99 - good value for money, good selection and well known name!

You need to generate a new account using a new email address, everything else can be the same as your original account. However, this only works once i.e. it is not possible to keep changing email addressess and get new vouchers. Appears to be tied to the household as couldn't use my wifes details to get another voucher either!

I created a thrid a/c, as I cancelled the order with voucher on my 2nd a/c. It went through ok.

I even phoned Blah, as they sent me a DVD that was not wrapped, and had finger prints and scratches all over it... lady noticed I had 3 a/c's but didn't say anything. (apart from send the dvd back for a replacement)

Hmm, that's interesting. When I tried to get a second £5 voucher using a new e-mail address and then also with my wife's details it came back with something like 'you may not have another of these vouchers!'

I have three or four accounts with them now but only one £5 voucher. :(

Xstyle, have you received more than one £5 voucher? If so, way to go, any idea how you managed to get it to work?

To claim more than one voucher I believe you need to close down IE or whatever you are using before entering another e-mail address.

Nope - tried on separate days, but on the same computer (computer switched off between attempts). Don't allow cookies etc. so not sure what the problem is.

It just "worked" for me... didn't do anything special.
Let me see if I can get another one... only need a £2 one this time...

    EDIT:
Yep... even with wife's details and her card number, it says:
"Sorry, you are not allowed another Voucher of this type."

and if you press the submit button again, it creates another a/c, but no voucher!!

There MUST be a way around this!

blah are obviously no mugs. Surely the system that they use must log your IP address or something which stops you from being able to get multiple vouchers from the same PC? As partyweb suggested, a mate's house or a cyber cafe might do the trick. I haven't tried  (yet)
