£100 ish to spend on speakers. What floorstanders are cheap and chirpy?

Hi guys, First post

Its a small budget I know

I've got some Tannoy MX3 floorstanders now (they were about £80 second hand) so Im sure you could recommend something like that perhaps?

I was very impressed with the quality for £80 so for what I need, £100 should be enough.

Can purchase new or second hand!

thanks a lot

First ones aren't magnetically shielded

Second ones are out of my budget by 50%

£100 was the top end kinda,

You could also link to for sale posts if you know anything good in particular

With a CRT monitor/tv I'd say the closest you should risk is about one foot.
With LCD is doesn't matter.
