We were waiting on the effect of the Thai flood effect to wear off and prices to come back down.
Have not been keeping up with tech however doesn't it seem we are still paying a premium for hdd's ?
Are we still exp some effect of flooding or are other effects going on here ?

They were only £5-10 cheaper than they were now and we've since had bigger capacity drives which should be a similar price or cheaper if you're buying lots of storage.

I would have thought that this is it, with inflation and the focus shifting to SSDs hard drive prices aren't going to get any cheaper.
