UPDATED: 15-Jun-2021: July sees Disney+, Amazon Prime Video and Apple TV+ all bring some highly anticipated content to UK TV streaming but it's Disney that is flexing hard in the locker room with two Premier Access blockbuster movies.

Updated 12-Jan-2021: There’s a double header of new Marvel releases to get things rolling for Disney+ in 2021 with WandaVision the first of the promised shows with MCU characters making the switch to the small-screen, long-form storytelling.
The success of this tremendous pre-Matrix superhero actioner basically kicked Marvel into high gear, with an effortlessly cool Wesley Snipes slicing and dicing with the edge of a blade, earning a superb native 4K release with one hell of a bass-laden Atmos track.

Launch day subscribers to Disney’s streaming service hit 10 million and although that initial flurry has subsided, the company’s first earnings announcement since Disney+’s domestic rollout reports 26.5 million paid up members.
Far from perfect, Endgame is still a landmark event in cinematic history; an absolutely unmissable culmination of 22 films of world building, leaving its 4K UHD Blu-ray one of the must-have releases of the year.
The first linchpin franchise within the grander MCU gets divisive but arguably definitive treatment in Iron Man 3, courtesy of writer/director Shane Black, and is finally given an official 4K pass from Disney.
