Picture
Duplex is presented as a two disc set with the anamorphic widescreen 1.85:1 edition on disc one and the 1.33:1 full frame version on the second disc. For this review we looked at the anamorphic version and it looks very good indeed. There is plenty of detail in the image and it looks sharp for the majority of its run time. Colours are rich and well saturated and shadow detail in the darker scenes (and there are plenty) is good. I could not find any evidence of edge enhancement and there are no issues with digital artefacts.
Sound
The Dolby Digital 5.1 sound mix is very much from the comedy stable, with very little surround action and the sound fixed squarely on the centre speaker. What we are given is a pleasingly dynamic mix with intelligible dialogue; just don't expect any LFE to rumble the house.
Extras
All we have here are three deleted scenes and a short making of feature, very disappointing
A run of the mill comedy caper with acceptable AV presentation and disappointing extra features.
