Aliens: Special Edition DVD Review
SRP: £19.99

Picture

A very grainy image is the result of Cameron's filming technique rather than the transfer to DVD. It may not look quite as good as the other films in the series, but you'll never find a version of this film looking any better than this.
Aliens: Special Edition

Sound

A spectacular Dolby Digital 5.1 remix which does a wonderful job of handling the soundtrack's disparate elements
Aliens: Special Edition

Extras

A solid collection which includes the themed menu screens, the trailer, an enlightening interview with James Cameron, a photo gallery, and behind-the-scenes footage.
