Hop to

This group should need no introduction, indeed regardless of age most people can recognise an Abba tune if they hear one playing. This DVD production is basically a music video tour of their greatest hits, a visual as well as audio compilation which mirrors the earlier Abba Gold CD release.

Containing nineteen tracks in total, on offer are gems such as Waterloo, Dancing Queen, Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! (A Man After Midnight), and SOS...and a host of other well known tracks, all of them classics in their own right.

Whether you're an avid Abba fan or a casual listener/viewer, this offers something for everyone, although it's debatable whether this DVD edition offers anything truly new on the already comprehensive CD release.

Aside from the music videos, this DVD also contains a 1992 cut of Dancing Queen (personally I couldn't tell the difference) and a 25 minute documentary featuring Michael Tretow (the group's Recording Engineer for the span of their career) and Bjorn Ulvaeus, a relatively interesting look at the history of the group told with snippets of music in the background and video/photo clips interspersing the narration by Bjorn and Tretow.

Full track listing is as follows:
  • Dancing Queen
  • Knowing Me, Knowing You
  • Take A Chance On Me
  • Mamma Mia
  • Lay All Your Love On Me
  • Super Trouper
  • I Have A Dream
