    Stuck on You Review
The Farrelly Brothers (Something About Mary, Kingpin, Dumb and Dumber) aim to hit comedy gold again with their latest feature, Stuck On You. Starring Matt Damon and Greg Kinnear the story follows the fortunes of conjoined twins Bob and Walt Tenor, one a confident actor the other a nervous wreck. Both are loved in their home town on Martha's Vineyard where they run a successful burger house and are famed for the sporting successes of the past. But Walt wants to pursue an acting career in Hollywood and after a little persuasion Bob agrees to go too. Once there and after 101 failed casting calls Walt finally gets a break on a sitcom starring Cher. The reason - Cher wants out and thinks that by hiring the brothers the studio will cancel the show, but things head the opposite way as the show becomes rating gold.

The problem with Stuck on You is that unlike their previous films the Farrelly's appear to have written themselves into a cul-de-sac with an unfunny and at times cringe worthy joke surrounding the conjoined twins. This one joke is the whole basis of the plot and after 10 minutes it all becomes rather tiresome. The script does allow both actors to add an individuality to their characters but the number of flat and unfunny jokes mean that your finger will be hanging over the eject button after a while. It is a shame that this film fails to make the grade and I would have enjoyed another comedic adventure like Mary, but alas it all falls far short and flat for that matter, very disappointing stuff.
