Faith Hill: When The Lights Go Down Review

Hop To

by AVForums Aug 1, 2003

Recorded just before the release of her US
Number One album Cry, this concert sees New
Country artist Faith Hill performing favourites
The Way You Love Me, Let Me Let Go, Breathe,
Stronger and There You'll Be (from Pearl
Harbor) among others. She can certainly belt
'em out, but the fawning commentary on this
NBC TV special is ludicrously over the top. The
    16:9 anamorphic picture is
    excellent, and strong sound
is a choice of Dolby Stereo,
5.1 or DTS. Extras are two
    bonus tracks and behindthe-
    scenes footage with
    stereo sound subtitled in
    English, French, German,
    Spanish and Italian. Not very
    good value for 55 minutes.
