New to the award-winning Rotel 14 series, the A11 Stereo Integrated Amplifier and CD11 CD Player are at the more affordable end of the market.
These new products join the Rotel Series 14 product range and provide plenty of inputs: CD, aptX Bluetooth, Moving Magnet Phono Stage and Analog RCA.

Debuting at the Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2019 exhibition in Amsterdam - the world’s largest exhibition for AV and systems integration professionals - the A11 Stereo Integrated Amplifier and the CD11 CD Player benefit from Rotel’s 55 years of designing and manufacturing Hi-Fi components and deliver designs with multiple audio input options to guarantee support for all popular audio sources.

The first Rotel CD Player was launched in 1989 and the company has used the intervening 30 years of experience to design the CD11’s internal architecture which includes a Texas Instruments 24-bit 192kHz DAC for the Digital to Analog conversion. Audio output is available via an RCA analogue connection and a Coaxial digital connection is included for installation flexibility.

Moving to the A11 amplifier, this includes an integrated Bluetooth receiver offering support for both aptX and AAC for CD quality, wireless audio streaming. For vinyl lovers, the A11 includes a Moving Magnet Phono Stage input and there are 4 RCA analogue source inputs to ensure connectivity to all popular Hi-Fi equipment.
The A11 utilizes a custom designed, and in-house factory built, oversized toroidal transformer delivering 50 Watts per channel of Class AB output power (20Hz – 20kHz, 8 Ohms, both channels) to dual relay-controlled A-B speaker 5-way output binding posts, an approach shared with all Rotel Hi-Fi components,

Rotel has long been a recognized leader in the affordable, high performance audio space.” says Peter Kao, Managing Director of Rotel. “These 2 new models continue our mission of offering performance well beyond the modest price point by leveraging our Balanced Design Concept throughout the entire engineering, testing and manufacturing processes, all contained in our own dedicated 10,000 square metre factory.

Integration with a wide range of control systems comes courtesy of 12V trigger connections and a bi-directional RS232 control interface for both the A11 and CD11. There is also a detachable IEC power cord, front panel graphic display and IR remote control for ease of installation and operation

With estimated sales of over 200 million CDs in the last 30 years, Rotel clearly feels that there is still a sizeable market of music lovers with CD libraries of their favourite artists that need to be catered for and the A11 Stereo Integrated Amplifier and CD11 CD Player means those consumers can now feel a little less marginalised.

The A11 and CD11 are available in both Silver and Black finish.

    CD11: suggested retail price: $499 / €499 / £429
