Nintendo NX to be hand-held with TV docking capability?
According to numerous reports appearing online, Nintendo’s hitherto mysterious NX console will be a high powered handheld with detachable controllers and the ability to be ‘docked’ and plugged in to a TV.
As a portable console it will, of course, feature its own screen which, rumours have it, will be sandwiched between the controllers. A base unit/docking station is used for the connection to the display and it will be powered by Nvidia's Tegra mobile processor.

Reports suggest that the NX will use good old game cartridges with a capacity of 32GB, although digital downloads will also be supported but because of the radically different internal architecture, backwards compatibility with older Nintendo games will not be present.

It is expected that the NX will be officially unveiled in September 2016 so plenty more time for leaks and speculation before then.
