Natural extension

Part of the Mu-so 2nd generation lineup, Naim has unveiled the Wood Edition which brings a new natural styling to the wireless speaker range.

The Mu-so Wood Edition sports a sustainable Ayous hardwood finish and has been expertly treated and lacquered to give the appearance of Light Oak. In addition, the speaker is finished by a neutral-toned, woven front grille and the iconic Mu-so heatsink which also has a new anodised aluminium tint.

The overall aesthetic makes the Wood Edition a suitable match for lighter interiors throughout the home, from living room to kitchen; home office to bedroom.

Like its second generation compatriots, the Naim Mu-so Wood Edition offers high quality wireless streaming from a variety of favourite music services with a performance that delivers 450 Watts of total power paired with premium processing and sophisticated speaker drivers optimised by Focal.

Listeners can enjoy a world of radio stations and direct streaming from Spotify, Tidal and Qobuz, plus easy playback from devices with Apple AirPlay 2 which adds Apple Music streaming and Apple Home integration, including Siri voice control potential. Meanwhile, Chromecast built-in allows access to multiple services including Deezer, Google Play Music and much more, including Google Assistant compatibility. Mu-so 2nd Generation also works as a Bluetooth speaker.

As well as voice assistants there’s easy control from the Naim App, the tactile illuminated dial or the supplied remote control.

Mu-so Wood Edition can transform TV sound, too via its HDMI ARC connection. Whether you site it under your TV or anywhere else in the home, room compensation options optimises the audio to suit and brings a rich and natural sonic experience to favourite shows, movies and games.

Naim Product Manager, Stuart Brown, commented, “Blending class-leading performance and timeless design with a luxurious new finish, Mu-so Wood Edition is the perfect premium audio companion for homes with classic or contemporary interiors.”
