LG unveils ‘Wallpaper’ OLED TV that sticks to the wall on a magnet
It looks as though LG is gearing up to launch a super-flat OLED TV with a very neat magnetic wall-mounting system.
The 55-inch ‘wallpaper’ OLED panel was presented as one of the company's upcoming products at a media event in Seoul this week. The TV is just 0.97 mm thick and weighs an incredibly low 1.9 kg and can, therefore, be easily stuck to a wall with a magnetic mat system.

LG’s existing flagship EG960V is 4.3mm deep, by way of comparison.

We like this idea and the fact you will be able to blend a large-screen TV more easily in to the living room. It also hopefully means that we’ll see more flat OLED TVs coming through but we hope LG’s new wall-mounting solution works better than this one used for the EC970V.

Who fancies OLED wallpaper to decorate their living room?
