Hot Toys release new Han & Chewbacca Force Awakens Figures
There are Star Wars figures and then there are Star Wars figures and the Hot Toys examples are some of the best out there.
Star Wars: The Force Awakens has gone on to break a number of box-office records and for many the return of some of the original cast has been one of the biggest highlights. To commemorate that, Hot Toys has just introduced a special collectible set featuring the new 1/6th scale collectible figures of Han Solo and Chewbacca from Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

The highly-accurate looking – and boy, is it - Han Solo collectible figure is specially crafted based on the image of Harrison Ford as Han Solo in the movie, featuring a newly developed head sculpt and hands, specially tailored outfit and winter gear, an all-new blaster pistol, and a specially designed figure stand.

The, again, highly-accurate Chewbacca figure is specially crafted based on the image of the Wookie warrior, with a new face sculpt with articulated jaw, newly developed multiple layers of fabric hair with various shades of brown, throughout the whole body, capturing Chewbacca’s unique appearance, an all-new bowcaster and bandolier bag, and a specially designed figure stand.

This collectible set will additionally include 3 thermal detonators, a remote detonator, and 2 Starkiller Base-themed bases attachable to Han Solo and Chewbacca’s hexagonal figure stands as bonus accessories.

Also in the Force Awakens range, and previously released, are Finn and a Riot Control Stormtrooper that are equally as striking. Remember, we have an active forum especially for movie memorabilia and collectible figures, if this sort of thing (Empire) strikes your fancy.
