EE turns on 4G for 14 new Towns
EE's territorial domination of the 4G market gathered more momentum today with their announcement of the switching on of services in 14 new towns today.
It looks as though EE picked out the letter 'C' for the office sweepstake with residents of Caerphilly, Caldicot, Canvey Island, Carlisle, Chepstow, and Cwmbran now able to access next-gen mobile network speeds. Customers in Grays, Harlow, Hatfield, Kenilworth, Rayleigh, Southport, Benfleet and Worksop can now also benefit from a spot of LTE love.

EE also announced new, more affordable 4G plans for customers, launching tomorrow (30/10/2013). The new plans start from as little as £18.99 per month and include options covering international roaming. Pay as you Go plans are also available with their lowest cost 4G phone, available at less than £130.

EE's Chief Exec, Olaf Swantee, comments:

“One year on from our launch we are bringing 4G to even more places, making the UK’s fastest mobile network available to even more people. We continue to grow our 4G coverage all around the country, and the new range of plans gives consumers and businesses more flexibility and choice in how they access superfast mobile.”
